The 1909 Haverhill Directory lists the Bartlett Hotel as the Mrs. Effie F. Bartlett Hotel, 59 Main Street, the residence of Sarah M. Kelly as 49 Main Street. Inscription on verso: "'The Bartlett" / Cummings Block / Sarah Kelly house." City Hall Park with Hannah Duston Statue, pedestrians in the foreground. The statue was designed by Calvin H. Weeks. Image probably early 20th century. Photo faded, 9 x 9 cm mounted on card 14 x 14 cm. |
