Charles A. Davis House, 11 North Avenue at Macon Avenue, near Main Street, Haverhill. Three stories, round portico, hip roof with dormers and widow's walk, porch on the right with enclosed porch above it on the second floor. View of front and right sides. Tall flagpole on the right, stone retaining wall with steps and paved path at the corner. Flag pole arrived from Oregon in 1900, was tallest one-piece pole in Essex County at 110 feet. Other houses in the background on the right. Inscription with print in file: "Series view #400." Photo taken June 1910. |
