Three stories plus basement, brick, four and five story towers in center including belfry and clock. View of front and left sides. This is the rebuilt building after fire of November 1888. 2. William W. Roberts. Studio portrait, head and shoulders, turned facing three-quarter right. He has white hair and mustache and is wearing a suit, shirt and tie. Printed caption below: "William W.
