Barn, unidentified. The barn, painted a dark color, is on the right; shingle siding, gable roof, small eight-pane windows, a large sliding door and an entry door. A dry stone wall with a gate in on the left, encircling the yard, another stone wall on the left side of the barn. A tall metal pole with a curved spigot is in front of the barn, resembling a lamppost. Farm equipment, possibly tillers, on the left. Trees and hills in the background. The location is not identified. This slide was with others of historic sites in Massachusetts; printed on mount label: "No. 25," in a style resembling lantern slides by Sidney Herbert of 22 Milk Street, Boston. |
