Signs legible in the background: [?] Cram (gas and steam piping, ranges); Wall Paper (house number 149); Laundry; Harvey Ra[?] Groceries; and a sandwich board on the sidewalk reading "Salem N.H. White Caps in Police News." On the opposite side of the street are signs for Singer; Outside Windows; Davis Boots & Shoes. A dog is on the sidewalk, and horses and carriages or wagons are in the background. Round sticker on glass reads: 195A F. Image probably early 20th century. |
