Description |
Albert L. Kimball House, 277 South Main Street, Bradford, Haverhill. View of front and left sides. Three stories, clapboard, mansard roof with dormers; a half tower in the center with a fourth floor, round windows. Two women and three children are at the portico on the left side, and a man standing next to a horse and carriage is below, possibly Albert L. Kimball. Carriage house in the rear. An ornate low fence surrounds the lot. Inscription on housing: "Johnson House, Chadwick & Main Sts, Bradford built c. 1868." Print has label with text "Alfred Kimball standing by horse. Mrs. Alfred Kimball standing on porch. George, a son, standing in corner of porch and beside him, his brother Herbert. On steps is a daughter." Torn down in the 1970s.
