Mayor Charles H.[udson] Croy's funeral at North Congregational Church, Haverhill. Six men in (police?) uniforms are carrying a coffin down the front steps of the church. Another man in a suit is on the left, and onlookers are on the right. Inscription on verso: "Funeral of Mayor Croy," and in a different hand "Mayor Porter [sic] Croy's Funeral North Congregational Church." Records in Ancestry list the year of his death as 1933. |
