View of front and left sides. Other houses in the background. Home of Frank J. Mitchell, founder of Mitchell & Company. Inscription on verso: "Frank J. Mitchell / Corner Chestnut & Arlington Streets / color was dark grey with white trim / Dr. George painted it all white / Peg Cross recalled it in 1920s." Photo by George W. W. Bartlett, 1919.
