City Hall, Main Street, Haverhill. View of front and left sides. The building was destroyed by a fire in November 1888. This view from across the street shows the building without the roof and interior walls. The building was three stories plus basement, brick, four and five story towers in center including belfry and clock. This building was erected in 1861; image taken after the fire.
