Hosford family and friends. Mrs. Ben[jamin] Hosford and six children with donkey cart, in front of the Austin P. Nichols House, 4 Highland Avenue, Haverhill. In the cart, left to right: Helen Goodwin; Marguerite Adams; Polly Hosford; Mrs. Ben Hosford; Faith Hosford (probably the infant she is holding). Julia Hosford is standing at the rear of the cart, and Dora [M.?] Edwards is holding the donkey's reins in the front. Mrs. Hosford is probably the wife of Rev. Benjamin Franklin Hosford's son Benjamin. Photo probably late 19th century; photographer may be Austin P. Nichols. Image is 11 x 18 cm on 17 x 22 cm paper, mounted on cardboard 26 x 36 cm.
