Three story clapboard building, mansard roof, dormers, quoins, front porch, portico with small balcony on second floor, small balcony on third floor, two story wing in the rear on the right. Carriage house or stable on the left. Small wood summer house building on the right. Lawn with trees. View of front and right sides. Inscription with another print on file: "Original Haverhill Hospital by Kenoza Lake / Midlake Farm / home of Franklin Brickett / Tasker." The building was named City Hospital 1887-1897. Architect Albert C. Heath. Original mage probably circa 1890s, this is a 20th century or later contact print. Photographer is W. Orin Tasker. See glass negative HN2 Senter G6x8 19-15. |
