Printed on mount below image: "'Remembering the Maine' / May 5, 1898 / C. W. Glines, 112 Washington St., Haverhill, Mass." A round starburst design inkstamp is on the verso, next to the inscription "Mary R. Elliott / 1898 / from / Lilla Farnsworth." Red and white sticker at bottom left of mount with the number (crossed out) "8089." Another copy has the inscription "Co. F. at Railroad Sq. / May 5, 1898 / en route to [S.] Framingham, Mass."
